I create safe, effective and fun sessions that are customized to suit your needs as we work towards your ultimate goal.

Every new client is expected to attend a free consultation. This is where we discuss your medical history, lifestyle, exercise history, short and long-term goals, as well as your likes and dislikes.
This sit-down meeting allows me to gather as much information as possible about you so that I can create a bespoke program that meets your needs.

You need to understand that your body is the most important object you own. Forget designer handbags, shiny new cars or a new wardrobe, your body is what will make you look and feel like a million dollars.

DO YOU CHARGE EXTRA FOR NUTRITIONAL GUIDANCE?
The prices above include nutrition guidance and all things related to you achieving your goal. When working with me, you pay for the session at the hourly rate above, and the rest is included in this price. There are no hidden charges.
CAN YOU WRITE ME A DIET PLAN TO FOLLOW?
I think the question here is why do you think you need a diet plan? A diet plan is a plan with someone elses food choices on there. I prefer to educate you on what foods will help or hinder. This gives you freedom and flexibility.
HOW OFTEN DO YOU RECOMMEND I HAVE A PERSONAL TRAINING SESSION?
Obviously the best results would come from someone who trains 5 days a week but this isn't affordable or practical to all. Personally, I find that a minimum of 2 sessions per week will allow us to progress. One session can sometimes feel as too big of a gap between sessions.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR ME TO ACHIEVE MY GOAL?
Well it depends on what your goal is. Training for a 10km run will take less time than training for a marathon. Losing 1 stone will take less time than losing 8 stone. It all depends on how consistent you are and what exactly your goal is. I will be able to answer this question once I've gathered all of the information I need.
I'M OUT OF YOUR LOCAL AREA, WOULD YOU BE ABLE TO TRAIN ME?
I suppose there's no harm in getting in touch and asking. It depends on when you wish to train and where you're located. If it's during a busy period of the day then it's unlikely. Also, please be aware that there will more than likely be a travel surcharge based on the distance out of the area.
I DON'T HAVE MUCH SPACE. CAN YOU STILL TRAIN ME?
Absolutely. I always say that you don't need much space because if we're indoors we can do plenty of static work such as resistance training, boxing, or step work. And dependant on the English weather, we can always get outdoors and use space in your garden or the local parks.
