My personal training style is all about you! Everyone I work with requires a different approach, a different teaching style and a different experience. That’s why it’s called personal training. I adapt my service to you and your needs.
A healthy lifestyle starts with building a positive relationship with food and exercise. As your Personal Trainer, I will identify your fitness goals, design a program that fits your needs and lead you through every workout. My support is what will help you achieve your health and fitness goals.
Personal training is much more than just an exercise session. I work on absolutely everything related to your goal.
Sometimes it will be your mindset that needs the most work, while other times you might need help with diary planning in order to ensure you stay on track. The kitchen can be a common place for chats about meals and what will work for you.
Overall, everything I do, I do it for you. Your entire plan is focused on that all-important end goal.

I'm just like you
Searching for a personal trainer can be a tricky process, as you want to choose the qualified professional that is the best fit for you. To help you make that decision, I’ve written a short section about myself.
I’m a very sporty person, having been involved in activities such as rugby union, lacrosse, and football all of my life. I still play football regularly for a Saturday league team. I have a springer spaniel called Molly, who loves long walks in the Peak District and down the river Bollin.
All this exertion means I am also great at chilling out! Sometimes there’s nothing better than lying on the sofa and watching a box set with a huge pizza and a pack of minstrels. Yep, even focused personal trainers love to indulge from time-to-time!
I believe that life is for living and it’s all about finding the perfect balance between enjoying life and being healthy. Long-term success requires a sustainable approach, which is why you’ll never feel deprived when working with me to achieve your fitness dreams.
